Risk Management

The simulation objective is to review the different risks that the organization manages in their different governance bodies of an organization like Shareholders or Stakeholders Meeting, Board of Directors or Administration Council and Management.

It simulates an Administration Council in which two cases are presented and based on the roles assigned the exercise of risk identification and possible managerial solutions are suggested and discussed.

The simulation has a duration of 8 hours. It is recommended a high knowledge of corporate governance to attend this simulation.
